Meet Tasha, an inspiring dance educator with a passion that spans over a decade, shaping the dance landscape across The Shoalhaven, Wollongong, and Southern Highlands. Commencing her dance journey at the tender age of two, Tasha has blossomed into a versatile artist, mastering an array of dance styles such as Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, Chorus, Hip Hop, Musical Theatre, Cheerleading, and Acrobatics.

Drawing from her rich tapestry of experience, Tasha has triumphed in ballet and tap exams, earning recognition from both RAD and ATOD Ballet. Today, she proudly stands as an ATOD affiliate teacher and a certified Glenn Wood Tap instructor, having completed the rigorous Glenn Wood Tap Teacher Training Course.

Tasha's love for dance extends beyond the stage; she has showcased her talent at numerous events and competitions, both within Australia and overseas. However, her heart lies in teaching, a passion ignited at the age of 13. Throughout the years, she has nurtured students of all ages and abilities, guiding them through diverse dance styles, preparing for exams, and crafting competition routines for troupes, solos, trios, and duos.

Dedicated to honing her skills, Tasha pursued full-time studies at the Australian College of Dance, where she earned her Certificate 4 in Dance and Dance Teaching and Management. Certified in safe dance teaching practices, production and operations, training and assessment, anatomy and nutrition, performance, and choreography, Tasha is also a qualified Acrobatic Arts Instructor. Her expertise extends to ATOD's Believe preschool program and Ready Set Dance/Ballet programs, inspiring the creation of her own unique Preschool Program.

In 2023, fueled by years of experience, Tasha decided to establish Legacy Dance Project, a haven where students of all abilities can discover the joy of dance in a fun, inclusive, and pressure-free environment.
